An important part of Christian faith is living, learning & walking together. We encourage everyone to practice faith in daily life. One way to do this is by joining a small group. There's a little something for everyone - some groups meet regularly, others thrive on spontaneity, yet all are focused on having fun & growing together! Contact us with questions or read on to learn a little bit about some of our groups:

Family Ministry Team
The heart and vision of Homestead church is to have fun sharing Christ’s love with others. This team is filled with the dreamers, prayers, and planners who coordinate events for our community. Past events have included: Parent's Night Out, Movie Nights, Canvas & Chardonnay, National Night Out,and Trunk or Treat. We meet about once a month to dream up the next fun thing happening at Homestead, we welcome anyone to drop in on our next planning meeting!
Parenthood is called one of life’s great gifts. While rewarding, it's also one of life’s most challenging and exhausting experiences. Our Homestead Parents group aims to be a place to ask questions, share resources and support, make play dates, & build friendships. We exist primarily as a Facebook Group - using this as a springboard for in-person playdates, BBQs, and other fun stuff.
2030 Young Adults
Hot food, cold drinks, and genuine conversation. What more could you want? Typically we meet at local establishments around NW Rochester. Other times, we gather for a movie, painting, football or other social events.
Thursday Morning Bible Study & Service
We not only studies God’s word, but is intentional about living our faith, too! Some weeks we meet to study various Christian topics, other weeks we travel as a group to Gibbs Elementary school volunteering to read with children.
Dinner For Eight
Building relationships throughout the congregation is important to us. We have "Dinner For Eight" set up to help to facilitate this. Groups of approximately eight people meet once a month for a three month period.
Homestead has three active Women’s Circles(Grace, Koinonia, & Naomi) that meet monthly. Each group seeks to build relationships with other women, but does so in their own unique way! Some connect through Bible Studies and speakers, others by service projects.
